Guest acknowledges our hotels deep cleaning charge of $20.00 plus applicable taxes per night. Pet must be kept on a leash at all times when in the hotel or no hotel property unless it is in the guests room.

Pets must not be left unattended at anytime. Pets are not allowed in any food and beverage outlets, pool and spa areas of hotel (Excluding service dogs)

Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet on hotel property and in the neighborhood. Any disturbance such as barking/crying must be curtailed to ensure others are not inconvenienced. Guest must contact guest services to arrange for a convenient time for housekeppers to service their room,if a pet is present.

Guest are responcible for all property damages and/or personal injuries resulting from their pets. The hotel reserves the right to charge guests accounts no less than $200.00 and no higher than $500 for such damages.
